“Wouldn’t life be worth the living… wouldn’t dreams be coming true… if we kept the Christmas spirit… all the whole year through?”
During the weeks leading up to Christmas 2016, Life Care Center of Blount County in Louisville, Tennessee, sprinkled a little extra Christmas spirit throughout the hallways to bring cheer to all. The residents, family members and associates received a visit from one of Santa’s special helpers, Rudolph!
He pranced throughout the hallways and greeted everyone with a warm hello. He helped shine the spirit of Christmas by passing out candy canes, as well as taking photos with the residents and their families.
Charles Dickens once said, “It is good to be children sometimes, and never better than at Christmas when its mighty Founder was a child himself.”
Holding onto that childlike faith during the days of Christmas helps fill our hearts with great joy.
Using the gift of hospitality to encourage and bring laughter to our residents is one of the main goals of Life Care Center of Blount County throughout the year.
We hope you had a Christmas to remember and have a happy new year!
